The Orthopaedic Interface Service is a musculoskeletal assessment service run by Advanced Orthopaedic Practitioners (AOP). An AOP is a Physiotherapist who has specialist and in-depth knowledge of their musculoskeletal field. The aim of the service is to identify the best treatment options for the patient and then to make sure that any investigations or non-surgical treatments have already been done prior to a secondary care consultant appointment.
